Foresight Project Management Approach

FORESIGHT developed a Project Management Process, which breaks project development into 6 phases. This process helps to control each project phase interdependently which ensures success of your project. The 6 phases are the blueprint of your project and help control the planning, and the execution of complex business problems.

	Analysing your business is the critical first step. We sit together with you to clearly understand your short and long term needs and your operating and technical environments. Next we agree on your business objectives. Once we have a clear picture about your company and about your project we propose different alternatives of achieving your set objectives and create thereafter a strategic plan of action keeping a very close eye on your budget. We also establish a project scope, a budget control scheme, a detailed work plan and define how the success of the project will be assessed.

	What will the project solution be? Who will use it and how? What will it do? How will it work? What will it look like? Once we agree on project objectives, we define the functional, technical, and creative requirements. We document them and work with you to refine them.

	Once we established the structural foundation, we complete the user interface design. We create content and finalise the technology architecture. We will involve you in this process and ask for your opinion. The outcome is a functional beta version of the deliverable project, ready for testing and refinement.

	We now build the final version of your product and integrate the solution with your existing infrastructure, if desired. We simulate, test and quality assure the deliverable and make sure you understand how to manage and maintain it.

	After we have successfully implemented the solution on your system we'll evaluate and assess how it performs against the success criteria we defined in the first phase. We will make sure that all our agreed success criteria are met.

	We present our thoughts on issues like how can we improve the next generation of your solution, and what other processes or applications would be worthwhile using in your company. We can also design and execute a marketing and promotion plan or conduct additional training sessions.
