Cibin is an alliance of three well-known and respected Dutch Universities of Professional Education. The Alliance partners are HES Amsterdam School of Business, Arnhem Business School and the Hanzehogeschool Groningen, Hogeschool van Groningen. All institutions offer under and postgraduate education in a wide range of subjects.

Foresight Web Design planned, build and runs the Cibin web site. Foresight designed this appealing, dynamic but yet sophisticated flash site, which appeals to students, parents and professionals at the same time. The site provides detailed information about the different Universities and their respective programmes as well as general information about studying in Holland as a foreigner. Interested student can complete an online form to request more information.
