Foresight Web Design planned, build and runs the Develing Trade web site. During the initial-planning phase of the web site the purpose of the site including the technical specs, content and style related issues as well as the scope of the project were defined. Technically seen Develing Trade wanted a simple, fast and easy viewable web site. This was mainly due to the concern that in their main target market, South East Asia, Internet access speeds could be considerably lower and in addition the clients would not run the latest software. The purpose of the site was defined as to establish a corporate web presence as an additional marketing cannel to reach the target customers around the world. Foresight Web Design therefore designed a static HTML site that can be easily viewed even with slow Internet connection speeds. The primary purpose of the site is to complement Develing Trades world-wide marketing strategy. The content of the web site displays a comprehensive company profile, providing general information about Develing Trade and their distinct business activities. Further more the site informs about the international representations and subsidiaries including contact details of the different representatives offices and subsidiaries. The quarterly released Newsletter serve as a basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
