Foresight plans, builds and manages since 1998 various Real Estate Web sites and has developed over the years a deep sector specific knowledge. This know how together with the continuous feedback through collaboration with our Real Estate clients has helped Foresight to develop a e-solution for small and medium sized Real Estate Agents that transforms the way Real Estate agents will work in the future and will increase their office administration efficiency to yet unknown levels. The Foresight e-solution consists out of two interdependent modules: The Real Estate Office Manager, which runs in your office, and a distinct customised Real Estate Web Site which runs on a external server. The Real Estate Office Manager digitalises all relevant Real Estate office administration and management work processes. This signifies that all relevant Information e.g. clients, properties, rentals and new owners is captured in a standardised format. These information will be used, if desired, to display property or rental information virtually with a push of a button on the Real Estate Web site. The data captured with the Real Estate Office Manager can also be used to automatically generate, among others, brochures, reports, window displays, client e-mails/fax and/or display the property including pictures or a virtual tour on the website. Besides that the Office Manager contains an extensive search function, which enables to search for any property, client, or others by key words of choice.
